(MIDDLESEX COUNTY, ON) – On December 7, 2016, at approximately 12:31 a.m., the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a motor vehicle stop of a silver Mazda car on Dearness Drive, in the City of London, Ontario.
The 19-year-old female passenger was arrested for possession of marihuana.
As a result of the police investigation, Pascale PREVOST-BESSETTE, from Saint Lin-Laurentides, Quebec, has been charged with possession of a schedule I substance – cocaine, and possession of a schedule II substance – cannabis marihuana, under 30 grams, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA).
The accused was released from police custody by way of an Appearance Notice, and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on January 27, 2017.
