18 Year Old Suspended Driver With No Insurance Charged Following Collision – Name Released

(TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON, ON) – On August 30, 2017, members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a minor collision on St Andrew Street East in Fergus. A driver had struck another vehicle from behind. Further investigation revealed that the driver was operating his vehicle without insurance and was driving with a suspended license.

18-year-old Dylan Alexander Gordon WEATHERHEAD of Elora was charged for Careless Driving and Suspended Driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and with Driving without Insurance contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Provincial Court on November 1, 2017.
