On December 4, 2017, at approximately 2:45 a.m., Waterloo Regional Police received a report of a robbery on University Avenue East, near Weber Street North in Waterloo. An 18-year-old Waterloo male was approached by unknown suspects and pushed to the ground. The suspects stole some of the victim’s personal belongings before fleeing the area. The first suspect is described as male, black, in his 20s, about six-feet tall and heavy set. He was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. The second suspect is described as male, black, in his 20s with a slim build. He was wearing a black/dark baseball hat and black/dark hooded sweatshirt.
