18 Year Old Faces Trafficking & Impaired Charges

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 25, 2015 at 1:25 a.m., a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Kingsway Street in Kincardine stopped a Green Mercury Grand Marquis. The officer found a quantity of illegal street drugs in the vehicle and, on further investigation, the driver was found to be impaired. An 18-year-old Kincardine man has been charged with impaired driving, possess a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking and possess a controlled substance. He is scheduled to appear in court on January 27, 2016 to answer to the charges.
