(TOWNSHIP OF CHATSWORTH, ON) – On Monday, July 20, 2015 at approximately 3:22 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle for speeding 142 km/h in a posted 80 km/h on Hwy. 10 near Crawford Rd. in the Township of Chatsworth.
18-year old Daniel Patrick OAKDEN, of Oakville, Ontario, was issued a Part III Summons for racing a motor vehicle under the Highway Traffic Act. His licence was suspended and the vehicle, a 2010 BMW 28I, was impounded for seven days.
