(HEPWORTH, ON) – On May 20, 2017 at 8:05 p.m., the Bruce Peninsula Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to an assault that occurred in Hepworth, in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.
Police investigation resulted in an 18-year-old male from Georgian Bluffs, being charged with assault and three counts of failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking, on a 15-year-old male youth. He was transported to the Bruce Peninsula OPP Detachment and held for a bail hearing. His next scheduled court appearance is for June 8, 2017 at the Owen Sound Court of Justice.
