On Friday the 2nd of August 2013 at approximately 10:00AM, a 17 year old female went to the Collingwood OPP station intending to surrender on arrest warrants. When she arrived, officers learned that the warrants for her arrest were from Barrie. They contacted Barrie police and officers went to Collingwood to take the female in to custody. She was returned to Barrie and processed on her warrants. She was then transported to the Barrie courts for a bail hearing.
