Suspicious Person – Arrest
On Monday October 15, 2012 at 1:10 a.m., Guelph Police responded to a report that a female was passed-out and laying on the sidewalk on the north side of Wellington Street Guelph on the Hanlon Parkway overpass. Officers arrived, spoke to the female, and she was arrested for two counts of Breach Probation. A search incident to arrest revealed that she was in possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marihuana, and she was charged accordingly.
A 17-year-old Guelph female was charged with two counts of Breach Probation and Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was held for a Bail Hearing.
