Date: Tuesday, December 16, 2014 – 7:00pm
At approximately 7pm on Tuesday evening, the police were called to a disturbance at the Georgian Mall on Bayfield St. Upon arrival the officers attended the food court where they located a number of teens who were involved in a dispute over a male and female looking” at another male.
This male then brandished a knife and wanted to fight the other male. The accused 17 year old Huntsville resident was located a short distance away. He was taken to the station where he was charged two counts of assault with a weapon. He was later released on a promise to appear. There were no injuries in this occurrence.”
