(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Thursday March 03, 2011 around 2:30 p.m., Perth County OPP officers received a call about a south bound SUV with two young male occupants on Hwy. 23 south of Palmerston driving in a wreck less manner. The vehicle was passing unsafely at a high rate of speed and was swerving all over the highway.
An officer located the vehicle and charged the 17 year old male driver from Harriston with careless driving.
