(KINCARDINE, ON) On March 10, 2013 at 4:20 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting R.I.D.E. on Durham Street in Kincardine when a White Ford Focus stopped. Officers found open alcohol in the vehicle. A 17 year old male was charged with having Open liquor in other than residence, licenced premise or private place.
