17 Year Old Caught Doing 138 in an 80

(TOWNSHIP OF PERTH EAST, ON) On Wednesday November 09, 2011 at approximately 8:20 a.m. a Perth County OPP officer was conducting patrol on Line 29 South West of Stratford when a fast moving east bound mini van approached. The officer activated the police radar which registered the van’s speed at 138 km/h in an 80 km/h zone.

As a result of travelling 58 km above the speed limit, the 17 year old female driver was charged with race a motor vehicle”. The driver was served a summons to appear in Stratford Court on December 13
