(ARRAN-ELDERSLIE TWP, ON) – On November 28, 2012 an investigation by the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the South Bruce OPP Crime unit culminated in the arrest of a 17 year old. Officers were investigating the July 16, 2012 report of a stolen Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck and the July 17, 2012 break in at a diner on the outskirts of Chesley. The 17 year old male has been charged with Break and enter, Theft of motor vehicle and Breach probation. The accused can’t be identified due to provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. He will be appearing in court as required to answer to the charges.
