1,600 Vehicles Checked – Zero Impaired Drivers

(HURON COUNTY, ON) Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted 19 Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) checkpoints at various locations throughout the county over the weekend. Over 1600 vehicles were checked at these R.I.D.E programs and no impaired driving charges were found. Huron County OPP officers will continue to work diligently to help reduce the number of impaired drivers that are travelling on our roadways.
