On November 20, 2013 at 5:00 am Barrie Police officers attended a Codrington Street residence regarding a young male attempting to steal items from a vehicle parked in a driveway. The home owner confronted the suspect and was subsequently bitten 3 times in the forearm. The victim was able to grab the suspect’s backpack.
The suspect was last seen running east on Codrington Street.
Officers searched the suspect’s bag and located a binder containing several homework assignments from school.
On November 25, 2013 officers located the suspect a 16 year old male from Barrie at Golden Meadow Road residence. He was subsequently arrested and held for a bail hearing.
