On November 8, 2014 at 6:57 p.m., the Guelph Police located a motor vehicle parked in the parking lot of University Village Park on Ironwood Road. Investigation alleges that the car load of youths were smoking marihuana. A quantity of marihuana, cash and a drug scale were located with the driver and he was arrested. A search subsequent to his arrest discovered a small amount of MDMA. The other youths were released without charges.
A 16-year-old Puslinch male has been charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession for the purpose of trafficking. He will appear in court on December 17, 2014.
