(South Huron, ON) On June 6, 2009 at approximately 5:00 am a homeowner was awakened to two males in his back pool area attempting to steal a bar fridge. The complainant scared off the two thieves but followed in his vehicle to provide information to officers. After a foot chase, one of the suspects was caught by police. The second remains outstanding but has been identified.
One 16 year old South Huron male has been charged with one count of Break & Enter. He will appear in Goderich Youth Court on August 20, 2009. The investigation remains ongoing and further charges may be pending. LP09136686
