On October 8th, 2015 at 3:29 P.M., a 16 year old Markham male was arrested in Guelph following a short foot pursuit. It is alleged that the male attempted to use a fraudulent credit card at a Dawson Road business.
The male was charged with fraud under $5,000, possession of identity information (two counts) and fail to comply with court order. He was held in custody and will appear for a bail hearing on October 9th, 2015.
Residential Break and enter
On October 9th, 2015 at 5:32 A.M., Guelph Police attended to a Marilyn Drive residence for a report of a break in.
A door was pried open and a theft of tools is reported.
