(SOUTH HURON, ON) – On August 21, 2012 just before 8:30 p.m. Huron County OPP officers, Huron County Paramedics and Zurich Fire Department members responded to a Blackbush Line farm property for an occurrence involving a 16 year old male trapped under a Massey Ferguson farm tractor.
The lone operator of the tractor had been cutting weeds and grass about one kilometer from the roadway when the tractor descended a 20 foot drop into a ravine below the bean field. The teen was transported via air ambulance to Victoria Hospital in London with serious injuries.
