Police are requesting the public’s assistance with a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is reported that:
– on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at approximately 3:30 p.m. a 15-year-old girl was on a TTC bus in the Morningside Drive and Cumber Avenue area
– a man approached the girl and produced an edged weapon
– he prevented the girl from leaving the bus
– the man forced the girl off the bus at a location along Morningside Avenue and directed her to an apartment building
– the man then sexually assaulted the girl
– the girl was able to escape and contacted police
The man is described as black, dark complexion, early-20s, 5’10-5’11”
