On December 29, 2016 at approximately 11:20 p.m. a dispute took place between several males in the area of Lowther Street and Duke Street, in Cambridge. As a result of this dispute a 15 year old male received several stab wounds. The injuries were serious but not life threatening. He was taken to Cambridge Hospital by ambulance and later released. Police have arrested an 18 year old Cambridge resident. He faces allegations of robbery and other weapons offences and was held for a bail hearing. The investigation is continuing and police are looking for a second suspect. This was a targeted incident as the involved parties are all known to each other.
