15 Year Old Faces Theft Of Motor Vehicle Charge X5

On May 11, 2015 the Guelph Police Service investigated multiple break and enters at Centennial and College Heights High Schools where property damage occurred. On May 12, 2015, another break and enter was reported at the City of Guelph Public Works barns that involved the theft of multiple city vehicles. All of the vehicles have been recovered but had received significant damage. As a result of these investigations, three Guelph youths were arrested.

A 15-year-old Guelph male has been charged with three counts of break and enter and commit, one count of break and enter with intent, five counts of mischief under $5,000, five counts of theft of motor vehicle and one count of breach of recognizance.

A second 15-year-old Guelph male has been charged with three counts of break and enter and commit, one count of break and enter with intent, four counts of mischief under $5,000 and five counts of theft of motor vehicle.

A 16-year-old Guelph male has been charged with three counts of break and enter and commit, one count of break and enter with intent, two counts of mischief under $5,000 and one counts of theft of motor vehicle.

All three will appear in court on July 8, 2015.
