On June 15, 2015 at 11:39 p.m., the Guelph Police went to Sanderson Drive after a male was observed entering a car. Police were in the area within minutes and located the male. The male, who was intoxicated, provided police with a name that was found to be false. Further investigation determined his true identity and discovered that he was breaching conditions and was subsequently arrested.
A 15-year-old Guelph male has been charged with attempt theft, obstruct police and two counts of breach O.I.C. undertaking. He was also charged with public intoxication under the Liquor Licence Act. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on June 16, 2015.
