On Sunday, September 6, 2015, the London Police Service responded to 1161 Hamilton Road, London, after receiving reports of a shooting at that location. The victim, Steven Patrick Sinclair, was transported to hospital by ambulance, where he was later pronounced dead.
The suspect described by witnesses at the scene has been identified. On Wednesday, September 16, 2015, a 15-year-old male was arrested and charged with first degree murder. The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to attend court today.
The individual charged is a young person. In compliance with the Youth Criminal Justice Act, there will be no additional information forthcoming with respect to the identity of the accused.
