On August 21, 2013 at 10:54 a.m., the Guelph Police attended to the running track located off Grange Road to investigate the complaint that a male had exposed himself to a female. The male was still on scene when police arrived and he was arrested.
A 15-year-old Guelph male has been charged with indecent act. He will appear in court on October 2, 2013.
