On July 21, 2016 at approximately 9:30 p.m. a 13 year old male victim was at the Country Hills Community Centre in Kitchener. While standing near the parking lot the victim was approached by an unknown suspect. The suspect shoved the victim to the ground and held him down with his knee. The suspect demanded the victims cell phone. The suspect took a cell phone from the victims pocket. The suspect was confronted by several bystanders. The suspect stood up and pulled a knife and brandished it towards the bystanders. He then walked north around the west side of the building in the direction of Rittenhouse Road and Blockline Road. The victim was not injured. Police are looking to identify the suspect in this incident. He is described as black, 15 – 20 year of age, 58 to 59″
