A 13 year old youth was arrested early Thursday morning after suspicious activity was reported in the south-east area of the city.
Members of the Owen Sound Police Service attended the area of 5 th Avenue East and 1 st Street East around 2:45 AM and found that numerous unlocked cars had been entered. A subsequent investigation lead to the arrest of the youth. He will appear in court in September to answer to charges of theft, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.
The Owen Sound Police Service is reminding citizens to remove any valuable items from their
vehicles and ensure that their vehicles are locked.
