On March 31, 2015 the Guelph Police entered into an investigation regarding an 11 week old boy who was in critical condition at McMaster Children’s Hospital in Hamilton. The baby was first taken to the Guelph General Hospital on March 29th to be assessed and was immediately rushed to McMaster with critical injuries to his head.
The investigation has resulted in a 33-year-old Guelph female being arrested and charged with aggravated assault. She will appear in court on May 12, 2015.
