In the evening hours of November 12, 2015 members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service executed Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants at two Cambridge addresses. Arrested during the warrants were three adult males and two adult females, all of Cambridge. Seized during the search of the residences were quantities of heroin, crystal methamphetamine, marihuana, cannabis resin, and prescription pills with a total estimated street value of $100,000. Investigators also seized a prohibited weapon, cash and suspected stolen property. All five of the arrested parties face numerous drug and Criminal charges. Waterloo Regional Police are committed to working in partnership with the community to curtail illegal drugs and drug activity.
