(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) – On Monday morning April 04, 2016, Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were dispatched to a farm property along Road 140, west of Milverton, where the property owner discovered the theft of equipment from his barn.
Investigation revealed that sometime between 5:30 p.m., Sunday April 03, 2016, and 8:30 a.m. Monday April 04, 2016, unknown person(s) forced open a number of the barns locked man doors. This allowed entry into the barn/shop from which approximately $10,000 worth of equipment was taken. The stolen property may have been removed from the scene by a motor vehicle that appears to have backed up to the barn.
