(HURON-KINLOSS TWP, ON) – On August 25, 2016 at 8:37 a.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a mischief report at a tennis court located in the 100 block of Boiler Beach Road in Huron-Kinloss Township. Police arrived and noted a significant amount of offensive graffiti applied with white, red and black colors. In addition, a portion of the net was burned. The damage repairs are estimated to be more than $10,000.
The OPP Forensic Identification unit and the South Bruce OPP Crime unit are assisting with this investigation.
Graffiti is a criminal act called mischief that carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in jail.
