From now until December 31, 2017, when you bring your unused Township of Perth East garbage bag tags, you will receive a full refund. Tags should be orange and have either a Perth East logo or BRA (Bluewater Recycling Association) and must have an adhesive backing no paper tags. Refunds are issued in cash only.
