On Friday November 30, 2012 at 3:20 a.m., Guelph Police stopped a vehicle for speeding on Victoria Road North, Guelph and the driver was given the demand for the approved screening device. Sean MCGUIRE 25 years of Oakville was charged with Drive Over 80 and will appear in court in December.
