Stabbing – Deborah Leigh Anne DAVIES Arrested

A female is facing charges after stabbing another female in Pickering.

On Friday, April 24, 2026, at approximately 7:15 a.m., members of West Division responded to an armed person call in the area of Kingston Road and Liverpool Road. Two females were involved in an altercation when one of them brandished a knife and stabbed the other. The suspect attempted to flee the area but was located by police and taken into custody without incident. The victim was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The victim and accused are known to each other.

Deborah Leigh Anne DAVIES, age 38 of No Fixed Address is charged with: Aggravated Assault, and Assault with a Weapon.

She was held for a bail hearing.
