LONDON, ON (April 22, 2026) – A London man has been charged following an investigation into the non-consensual publication of intimate images.
The investigation began in August 2025 after a female reported that intimate images had been published online without her consent. As the investigation continued, police located additional intimate images that were posted online without her consent.
On Sunday, April 19, 2026, the suspect male was located and arrested in the area of Oxford Street and Woodward Avenue.
A search warrant was executed, and numerous cellular devices and data storage devices were seized.
As a result of the investigation, a 43-year-old London man has been charged with one count of publishing intimate images without consent. The accused will not be named, as doing so could potentially identify the victim in this matter.
The accused is scheduled to appear in London court on June 3, 2026, in relation to the charge.
Publishing intimate images of another person without their consent is a criminal offence. The London Police Service encourages anyone who may be a victim of the non-consensual distribution of intimate images to report the incident to police.
