(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service has arrested and charged an Ottawa resident with sexual offences following an investigation that began in early March 2026.
Mohamed HABIB, 20 years of age, has been charged by the OPS Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Unit (SACA) with the following counts:
- Sexual Interference with a person under 16 Years of Age x2
- Sexual Assault x2
- Harassment by threatening conduct to another person x1
HABIB is scheduled to appear in court today, April 16th, 2026.
SACA investigators believe there could be other victims in and around the Ottawa area.
