Jake STEVENS Arrested Again – Sexual Assault

(Picton, ON) – A Prince Edward County resident has been charged after a report of a sexual assault.

The incident was reported to the Prince Edward County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on June 11, 2024.

Officers conducted an investigation and made an arrest later that day.

Jake STEVENS, age 37 of Prince Edward County has been charged with:

  • Sexual assault
  • Theft under $5000
  • Fail to comply with a probation order

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice in Picton.

The OPP will not release any further details in order to protect the identity of the victim.
