Dylan DUNDAS Was Arrested After Attempting To Flee Police

(CHESLEY, ON) – On April 9, 2024, at 10:00 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) on patrol along 1st Ave South in Chesley stopped to check a motorcycle; which then fled from police.

Police were later able to locate the subject vehicle and identify the driver.

As a result of the investigation, Dylan DUNDAS, 33-years-old from Huron-Kinloss, has been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:

  • Operation while Prohibited
  • Flight from peace officer

The motorcycle was impounded for 45 days. The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice – Walkerton, on May 15, 2024.
