Colin PALMER Wanted By Police – Call 911 If Seen

(HAMILTON, ON) – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of a breach of his Day Parole. 

Colin PALMER is described as a Caucasian male, 46 years of age, 5’9” (177cm), 180 lbs (82 kgs) with light brown hair and blue eyes. He has number of tattoo’s;

•  back of neck – Fighting Irish Leprechaun Skeleton
• left Upper Arm – Native Art Work – Bird
• left Forearm – 2 words

 Colin PALMER is serving a Two (2) year, Ten (10) month sentence for;

• Possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking x2

 The offender is known to frequent the Hamilton, Six Nations Reserve and Cambridge, Ontario.
