Clayton YACKOBECK Was Arrested Again

(PEMBROKE, ON) – A local individual is facing a charge of uttering threats after an unwanted person was reported at a Pembroke residence.

On the morning of May 2, 2024, at approximately 7:15 a.m., officers from the Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a residence on Renfrew Street in response to a report of an unwanted person in the backyard. Investigation found that the homeowner and their family had been threatened. A short time later, police located the unwanted individual nearby and took them into custody.  

Clayton YACKOBECK, age 49 of no fixed address, has been charged with the following Criminal Code (CC) offences:

  • Uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm
  • Fail to comply with probation

The accused was held for a bail hearing and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Pembroke on May 7, 2024.
