Blaze NOSEWORTHY – Drunk Driving

(OXFORD COUNTY, ON) – Police arrested a driver after investigating a single vehicle collision in the Township of Zorra.

On August 19, 2024, at approximately 9:00 p.m., the Oxford detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle in the ditch on the 37^th Line in Zorra.

After speaking to the driver, police observed signs of impairment and made an arrest.

After conducting further testing at the detachment, Blaze NOSEWORTHY, 27 years-of-age of Ingersoll, was charged with the following Criminal Code charges:

• Dangerous Operation
• Operation While Impaired
• Operation While Impaired -Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus)

The accused has been released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Woodstock on September 24, 2024.
