(HURON COUNTY, ON) – The province’s Special Investigations Unit (SIU) has invoked its mandate following an arrest in Huron County.
On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, shortly before 2:30 p.m., the Huron County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested an individual in relation to an assault investigation. While in custody, the individual required medical attention and was transported by ambulance to a local hospital.
