(SOUTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged an individual following an incident that took place in the Town of Exeter, Municipality of South Huron on February 02, 2026.
On Monday, February 02, 2026, police observed a person known to police on Main Street South in Exeter who had outstanding warrants for their arrest.
Police arrested the wanted individual, who was found with an illegal substance and counterfeit money. They were charged as follows:
Nickolas ELLIOTT, 34 years-of-age of no fixed address has been charged with:
– Fail to Comply with Probation – (four counts),
– Fail to Comply with Release Order,
– Possessing Counterfeit Money,
– Possession of a Schedule I Substance.
The accused was processed and held for a bail hearing, where they were remanded into custody with a future court appearance scheduled at the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich.
