(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 6, 2025, at approximately 10:20 p.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol along Highway 21 in Kincardine, where they observed a vehicle travelling northbound with no rear lights.
A traffic stop was conducted, and the investigating officer detected signs of alcohol consumption from the driver. A roadside screening device was administered, resulting in a fail. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.
Eugene CORPUZ, 32-years-old, of Kincardine, was charged with:
- Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)
The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 21, 2026, to answer to the charge.
