Gordon SNYDERS – Failure To Comply

(TOWN OF MINTO, ON) – A Gowanstown driver is facing charges following a traffic stop.

On January 7, 2026, at approximately 1:15 p.m., a member of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Traffic Management Unit (TMU) conducted a traffic stop on King Street in Minto of a suspected impaired driver.

As a result of the investigation, Gordon SNYDERS, a 57-year-old from Gowanstown, is charged under the Criminal Code with:

  • Failure or refusal to comply with demand

The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Guelph on January 23, 2026.

A 90-day Administrative Driver’s License Suspension (ADLS) and a seven-day vehicle impoundment was initiated as per statute.
