Daymien BRAK Arrested Again – Indecent Acts, Trespass, Etc.

(NORTH HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a series of incidents that took place in the Village of Blyth, Township of North Huron between Saturday November 30^th, and Sunday December 1^st, 2024.   

Huron County OPP received information that an individual had trespassed and committed offences on several properties in Blyth.

As a result of the investigation, a North Huron resident has been charged.

Daymien BRAK, 27 years of age from North Huron has been charged with the following offences:

–      Trespassing at Night – (four counts),

–      Criminal Harassment – besetting and watching – (two counts),

–      Criminal Harassment – repeatedly follow,

–      Indecent Act – (two counts),

–      Being Unlawfully in a Dwelling House,

–      Fail to Comply with Probation.

The accused was arrested on December 11^th, processed at the Huron OPP detachment, and held for a bail hearing where they were remanded into custody.

Police continue to investigate the incidents and are seeking the public’s help. If anyone observed or had an interaction with a suspicious male between Nov 30^th and December 1st, police would like to hear from you.
