45 Year Old From Huron-Kinloss Arrested

(KINCARDINE, ON) – On December 8, 2025, at approximately 5:40 a.m., a member of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on general patrol along Highway 9 east of Kincardine, when they stopped to check a vehicle that had left the roadway.

The investigating officer spoke with the driver and detected signs of alcohol consumption. A roadside screening device was administered, resulting in a fail. The driver was placed under arrest and transported for further testing.

Daniel RHODY, 45-years-old, of Huron-Kinloss, was charged with:

  • Operation while impaired – B.A.C. 80+, CC 320.14(1)(b)

The accused is set to appear at the Walkerton Ontario Court of Justice on January 21, 2026, to answer to the charge.
