(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – A resident of Exeter has been charged with fraud after an investigation in North Middlesex.
On January 23, 2026, at 10:56 a.m., members of the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a business on Parkhill King Street, in Parkhill, the Municipality of North Middlesex, for the report of a fraud.
Investigation revealed an employee of the business had reportedly cashed fraudulent cheques totalling just over $107,000.
As a result, Sarah KEYS, a 39-year-old of Exeter, has been charged with:
- Fraud Over $5000
- Criminal Breach of Trust
- Falsification books and documents – fraudulent intent
The accused has been released from police custody and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in London on May 26, 2026, to speak to the charges.
