Waterloo Region, Ontario – Waterloo Regional Police’s Traffic Services Unit is continuing to investigate a collision involving a Waterloo Regional Police Cruiser.
On February 29, 2024, at approximately 12:30 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision in the area of University Avenue West and Hazel Street in Waterloo.
A Waterloo male was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for minor physical injuries.
University Avenue West was closed for approximately 3 hours for the investigation, and has since reopened.
The investigation remains ongoing.
