49 Year Old From Lucan Arrested – Name Released

(WEST PERTH, ON) – One driver has been charged with impaired driving following a traffic stop in the Municipality of West Perth.

Just after midnight on July 6^th, 2024, a member of the Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on Wellington Street, Mitchell. The driver was displaying signs of impairment and was taken into custody. A Drug Recognition Evaluation (DRE) was completed, and as a result, the driver is facing a charge.

Kevin ROLLINGS, 49, of Lucan, has been charged with:

–      Operation while impaired – alcohol and drugs

The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on August 12, 2024, to answer to the charge.
